Brigade is London’s newest dining experience. A joint venture between PWC, De Vere Venues and the Beyond Food Foundation, Brigade is an exciting and innovative project which has seen the historic Fire Station building in Tooley Street, London, refurbished into an upscale bar & bistro, wine lounge, cook school and dedicated event and private dining space.
Brigade offers three different experiences:
Brigade Bar and Bistro - where front of house kitchens move the ambience of a bar and bistro to a new level.
Brigade Private Dining - with themed rooms, perfect for private dining and hosting an event, complete with their own chef and kitchen.
Brigade Cook School - your chance to learn how a top chef works – and enjoy the results
